YOUR REMANING BALANCE SHOULD ONLY BE PAID CASH

$25 non-refundable deposit ( goes towards your service fee) is required through the website to secure your appointment . The remaining balance of your hair should only be paid cash .

PLEASE , Do not book the day you have an event cause your hair can take an additional time , I take pride in my work and I will not rush my work . For the same day appointments is call only do not book online please.

Salon Policy

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $10 fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be cancelled and you need to schedule another appointment.

Late arrivals

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings or manually cancel your appointment via acuity scheduling link you have to go back to your confirmation email . All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Service guarantee & refunds

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, if you feel a braid is too tight let us know immediately during the service it is your responsibility and we will redo it immediately because once your process is completed, we will not be responsible and full price will be charge for another service.

please check your hair before leaving the salon because no refunds are offered once service is rendered.

payment is due prior after completion of service.

For your comfort and safety, please notify us if you have any allergies to certain products also you are welcome to bring your own. If any allergic reaction occurs, neither we will hold at fault.

Arrive with your hair washed, detangled ,stretched and properly blown out from the root to the end for a better outcome or select add on. Don't use any oil or product in your hair the day of your appointment

If your hair is short less than 4 inches to ensure that we will be able to do the service, if you have any hair loss or your edges are very damaged , you have to come at the salon prior before making an appointment for a consultation.

Hair Allergies and Cautions

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, if their state of health may influence the effects of the service or if you don’t respect the policy of the salon and the deposit will not be refunded.

Right to refuse service

As we are concerned with you and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
